Contracts Manager

Lead the complete lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and administration. Coordinate responses to government RFPs and implement a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform to optimize workflows. Requires 4-6+ years of experience in SaaS and government contracting with a strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements. A bachelor's degree is required, while a JD or paralegal certification is preferred.
